My name is Natalie, I’m a passionate leader focused on empowering others. As you’ll see in my experience, I’m a bit of a jack-of-all-trades, I love a challenge and growing with the business or community I’m a part of. I bring excellence in non-profit leadership, product management, project management, and high-level business operations to the table.

During her time at Radial, I asked her to find me an ATS to handle our hiring process and she did … but quickly built something superior using Trello automations. Her sense of what makes a good product is strong and she seems innately talented in analyzing and defining user experience flows and product designs. Separately, she was an amazing example of managing up as she took task after task off my plate as founder and ensured that critical tasks were performed. She helped keep my email inbox organized and helped provide me with essential accountability within my leadership capacity to ensure I followed up on key work and met key commitments to others.
